The hotel is ok but does not rate 4 stars. Very small room and no facilities whatsoever (no free internet, no fitness, staff speak spanish only, etc...)
It was Central
It is very difficult to find by car as it is situated in a pedestrianised access. I tried to print the map from Booked.net webpage re this hotel to have a detaied street plan but I could not print. This happened before in Seville...similar outcome, One hour looking for way in. Eventually in both cases took a taxi having parked car. Not what your customer wants after long journey.
can not prient the booking infromation from the web no cheap wireless, cost about 12 Euro per 24h
located right in the city centre. choice of pillows!! Chocolates on arrival. good selection of buffet breakfast included in room price. excellent value for money
little tricky to find - in alley off main road
Near to sights and shops. room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The small gift was an appreciated little extra. This attention to detail and care gives it the edge over other hotels.
Good location, fast check-in and check-out, staff very helpful and nice, large rooms with comfortable beds, very quiet. Excellent value for your money.
The hotel has no WI-FI so you need the buy a card (12 EUR for 24 Hours) to access the public network, which isn't really reliable. My room smelled of old smoke and dust, due to the carpets everywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, location very central
Classic 4 star Spanish hotel at comparable price to 3 star facilities in the area. A bit faded, but still a good experience.
No hotel provided wi fi, need to buy a card from Telefonica
Location on the Place du Capitol Free internet
Male receptionist stood and watched my wife lift heavy suitcase up to our room and did not offer to help
Closely located to tourist attractions. Very convenient parking underground & beneath the hotel. The focus on the works of the great Spanish artist was pleasing to the eye.
WiFi now costs 12 euros per day.
Great location in the city of Zaragoza. Reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us orientate.
The Hotel Goya is a very impressive hotel for which we paid very little. The room was first class and very comfortable with everything that you would expect. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a carridor which is an excellent design feature. Breakfast was a vert good selection - including wine!!!!
The hotel was a nightmare to find using satnav. It has exactly the same postcode as a place 20km away, can you believe. Apparently some satnavs tajke you to the right place and others to the place a long way away. Ours was a Tom Tom. You can enter the coordinates which the hotel gives you on the booking site. This got us close but then Zaragoza is having a new tramway system which meant that loads of streets were closed. Maybe it would be easier to select another hotel. The hotel charges for WiFi quite a few Euros - rather silly given that it is free at most hotels.
very comfortable, good breakfast, good price.
had a good stay except for roadworks in the cityt made it impossible to drive to the hotel. Had to park in an alternative car park and walk.
We were staying overnight at Hotel Goya on our way to the UK and it was a convenient stopping off location, before our next overnight stay in France. The hotel was conveniently place in the centre of Zaragossa, unfortunately we did not have much time to explore the main attractions. The room facilities and breakfast was very good and also the staff where very helpfull
Unfortunately due to the main tram lines being relaid, the centre of Zaragossa was a complete nightmare regarding being able to locate the hotel, due to the roadworks and one way system. It took one and a half hours to get anywhere near the hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel which being a pedestrian walkway had people walking outside all through the night, which caused disruption to our nights sleep - if we had been staying a second night we would have requested an inside room
Relaxed freindly atmosphere, freindly helpfull staff, good location for all facilities, shops ect, we both enjoyed our stay and will retern again, highly recamended thank you
Would have liked ketle or coffee machine in room to make drink otherwise no complaints
